Inspection & Refund Process

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect it within 5–7 business days. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed. Depending on your payment provider, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to show up in your account.


Order Cancellations

Changed your mind before your order ships? No problem—just let us know as soon as possible. A small 5% processing fee will apply to cover transaction costs.


Return Shipping & Fees

We believe in fair and full refunds. That means:

  • No return shipping deductions
